Driver failed to deliver a chainsaw in a large box when tracking said it was out for delivery. The next day a neighbor saw her put it under mailboxes in an intersecting road and drive off. I do not have a mailbox. She's delivered to my house but this time abandoned the package a mile from my house. It was, of course, lost or stolen. Drove 30 miles to discuss it. Spoke to a very professional dispatcher. She told me the driver hates our town. Never heard from the supervisor, not another word No apology, no reimbursement nothing. Now I have to go through the lost package deal. It is true professionalism flows down from management. Or the opposite.I will be asking suppliers not to use FedEx. UPS delivers all the time and the PO is great.FedEx, not even.
