Client Review on FedEx Ship Center

Note that this review is really about FedEx's corporate customer service, but the physical location involved was this one, so it gets the review. I find it absolutely ridiculous that customers cannot call the store directly. I needed to call and confirm one piece of information from the employees at the store that would have taken maybe 4 minutes including hold time, but ended up on a 20 minute phone call with a call center who for some reason couldn't even answer a simple question without wanting an address for me. Ridiculous.
