The Pros1) Good equipment, I have rented stuff two times in the last 18 months and they have all the typical hardware a random photographer needs.2) Good service, I have interacted with Ajay Raveendra and another young lady (sorry don't remember her name) both were very professional and friendly, explained to me how to use the equipment The Cons1) Their rental policies are designed to rent Gold, very rigid, might be discouraging for people. No doubt the equipment is valuable, but it would help everyone to make the process less time consuming and less risky for the customer.For e.g. I handed in my Passport (as collateral) for the duration of the rental - there must be a better way to hold people accountable.I paid the advance the day I rented, and now have to wait for 3 working days to get it refunded after I return the equipment.2) Migrate from a web based interface to a mobile app, or convert the website to a responsive design, include an account setup option to track rentals and a payment gateway and refund tracker - this is a minor cost but it will improve the customer experience3) Their location (driving from Whitefield) is as good as another planet and since they do not home deliver - the struggle so far has been justified by my need.
