Feedback:

I have been going to Felt's Printing for over 10 years now and they have always come through. I am an event decorator and designer so I am constantly requesting unique and fully custom designed backdrop props, welcome signs, invitations, favor tags, place cards, dessert table cards, and the list is never ending! No matter how challenging my request has been they have not only figured a way to do but it has also been top quality work. Their staff is very friendly and very attentive to my clients needs.

If u said they aren’t professional then u can be 1 and design by yourself. This is my 1st time came here and i like it. I hope they will discount next time hehheee

Let me start off this review by saying This is not my first experience with them and that I have used them for a few years in the past but now the shop is in complete dismay. The people there are nice and kind but that's where it ends. Their service has now gotten miserably slow and unprofessional. I submitted artwork and gave them a call the same day to schedule a job to be done that same week. I called them on Monday and spoke to Chris and one of the owners and said I would need it by Friday. Chris the graphic designer seems like a chill guy and the two owners as well and the staff. But the simple idea to call customers and inform them when items are ready or to call to make changes to a proof or to even call customers at all is non-existent. I called them two times on the first day to confirm my request and I got an ETA of Thursday. Two days go by and Wednesday rolls around so I give them a call. They stated that one of the owners is busy setting up a new printer for a separate job and that as a result they don't have time to have it done this week and the priority of my job was no longer a priority so they said they would have it ready by next week. At that point I knew something was wrong but I decided to give them a second chance. Next week came by and I didn't get a single call. I had to call them myself to ask what is going on and they said they would work on my job ASAP. I got a call from them *miracle* and stated that I need to either resubmit my artwork with variation or they would do it for extra. So I opted out to edit it myself and submitted the copy. I gave them a call to confirm that they received it which they did not but they would call me a soon as they had a chance to look at it. Friday of next week rolls by without any word on the status of my project. Now going on the third week I receive a call from them stating that they never received my file. I used their online website submitting page and submitted it three times as well as forwarding them a copy to the email that they provided me to send it to them directly since they had not received it through their own website. They then called me and stated that they could not complete my deadline or my project at all and hung up on me while I was talking to them! If they did not want to or could not do it then they should have let me know in the beginning on not let this drag almost 4 weeks! I would've found someone else to do it and not miss two deadlines in the process and my time and patience as well!It is been over three weeks going on 4 weeks since I had first requested my job to be done. I have recommended multiple people in the past which I feel bad for and ashamed of recommending in the first place. I have done previous work with them and it always has taken 2 to 3 weeks to have them print something even when I walk in and submit the artwork myself. And even after I do that they make a mistake and they have to reprint my project over again which extends the deadline by another few days. But this time was enough for me. I missed TWO deadlines because I needed a job done within that week and they promised they would have it done which they didn't so then I gave them the following week which they didnt have it ready as well. So I missed a second deadline. I do not recommend the shop not because of the employees or their friendly attitude but because of the lack of communication and the level of priorities over the customers jobs to their needs and the timeline that they take to actually print something. If you want something done ASAP or done within a week it is impossible at this place and don't take my word for it. If they get their act together then it is a good print shop because of their variety of services but otherwise it is a disaster right now.

They made helpful suggestions regarding sizing, colors, borders, etc. I was very satisfied with the final produce and would highly recommend them to anyone.
