This is the worst run operation. I have a relative waiting nearly 2 weeks to clarify a situation regarding the delivery of life saving medication. This "business" is either unwilling or not capable of answering a question...about their business..directly. Shame on them

If I could give them less than 1 star, believe me I would!! This is the worst run office I have ever encountered in my entire life. There isn't 1 person "working" there that has any clue whatsoever. I want to move my house just to get away from these fools. Uggghhh

Highly recommend, Marilyn is incredible - very personable and helps whenever she can. Siad and Jolly as just as great. Definitely recommend this office over the Banyan Trail location!

I have to remember to avoid this post office! Very poor customer service, especially with mailing information, just glum, miserable and seem to hate their jobs especially dealing with customers who come in looking for their help 😥

Oh my god! I’m about to go crazy!! I have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days because my mail hasn’t been getting delivered. They literally NEVER answer the phone!!!
