I work for a small business and have been working with Fibernet for many years. Our uptime is outstanding and any response time has been off the charts. We continue to work with them to improve our business needs and they are always proactive in reaching out to try and help us update and be on the latest and newest technology. I would recommend Fibernet to anyone who is needing to host their software or website. They will work with you to make sure your needs are taken care of and create a solution that will help remove the main need for system administration inside your business.

I've been collocating with Fibernet since 1996 before opening my own web hosting business. Lane and Lee have been super to work with and care very much for their customers. Providing top notch services and equipment, I appreciate their commitment to state-of-the-art growth and progressive attitude. Back in '96, they were growing so fast that the only space left for my server was a closet! They were very attentive to the temperature, security and general conditions of the space. One day I walked in to a scad of fans circulating air. Shortly after that they built the now standing complex, which has been highly professional and up to date.Their rates are super competitive and they are more than fair. We have bounced around on various plans, adding and removing, depending on the need and customers I serviced.I've looked at other collocation sites and services, even worked for one once, and have been appalled at the rates they all charge.They have other types of IT services as well as professional services like office space and reception for rent.Need hosting? Talk to Fibernet first.

Nathan and Karl have been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive. We recently had an issue with our server performance and website going offline. They were able to immediately get our website back online and provide a better solution for our hosted server environment.

I've been a customer for 6 or 7 years now. I was perfectly happy with them until a few months ago when Kerri sold me on a supposed upgrade. Ha. A downgrade then kicked to the curb is more like it. The result is I spend 3 times the money and they trashed my Web page and left me with a product I can't use. Oh by the way they said the downgrade they snookered me into was going to be so much easier, so much better, so much more secure bla bla bla. Sound familiar? Once they got their money they were perfectly happy to throw me under the bus, and now I get an endless stream of followup emails trying to sell me more of their garbage and lousy setvice. Warning to anyone happy with existing service, avoid talking to KerrI at all costs. She's a sales person seemingly driven by mere profit; I'm guessing it's all about bonuses. If they are telling you to upgrade to their WordPress format kindly decline, it will only lead to aggrivation. Saddly after 7 years im currently looking elsewhere for a server. I run a small business and frankly I don't have time for the mess they created for me or to now have to go through the painstakingly tedious process of having to undo everything and start all over. I have enough other things going on than to have to deal with this, but thanks to their avarice and sheer lack of respect for their customers that are just trying to run a business I now have to take time out of my life to deal the mess they made of my site. Kerri even asked me to write a review for them a few months back after she claimed to spend half the night installing a widget on my site that she sold me on as being so easy to use. Again, because I am ethical in my business I caved to her request genuinely grateful for her tireless suffering. Well I have my doubts now about that after trying to get in and use my site only to find the same problems I had before. Another red flag is that they ask for reviews. I've never asked anyone to review my business. If you are truly offering remarkable service your customers will volunteer reviews unsolicited. I'll update this review if it results in any loss of service as I try to locate an alternative hosting compant.
