Horrible service! Left a tote to get monogrammed since Monday, was told it would be ready next day around 6 or by Wednesday & would get a text for font samples by the afternoon. I went ahead and said Wednesday was fine. Never received a text about fonts, nada. I called Wednesday, and they had not even started! Was assured it would be ready Thursday by 5:30- 6... went right now (Friday), lo and behold they did NOTHING. The guy gave the excuse they had a lot of work, and I said "yes y'all had it since Monday & was a told it would be ready by Tues/Wed, and nothing." He then states yes we give time frame estimate. So I responded "yes but I CALLED AGIAN and was told Thursday and gave an extra day, came today (Friday) AND STILL NOTHING! Why didn't y'all call me?!" SO annoyed and lost 5 days to get this gift.

HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDERED SOMETHING THEN 4 DAYS LATER SAID HE DID A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER AND THAT IT WAS GONA BE 4 TIMES HIGHER THAN HE INITIALLY CHARGED REALLY BAD HE MADE ME WASTE TIME I REALLY DONT RECOMEND THESE IDIOTS AT ALL

Waited a week for my order for them to end saying the order ended up lost. They told me I could go in to pick up my deposit. When I went for my deposit no apology was made at all.
