I have had nothing but terrible service from this company. They allowed us to order shirts from their website that they did not have in stock, allowed us to pay for 3 day shipping and then called and said that 'it might be in within a week.' Then said that either way the other things in the order would be here by the State Meet on Friday. Guess what, none of the stuff arrived and our kids are left without state meet clothing to wear for this weekend. So, not only do we not have the clothing, I was also charged for 3 day shipping which means I should have received the clothing this past Monday! 5 days later and still no clothing. I call customer service and all I get is the opportunity to leave a message. I cannot speak with a live person! I will never order from them again and will make sure to make my issue known with the state level about getting a different vendor for future events.
