Overall Feedback:
Poor product. Overcharged for 33 photos they duplicated. Which would not have been addressed if I had not taken the time to check. They then tell me they found 2 of my photos they forgot and I can pick up, again. Several photos I gave we not scanned at all. 8 missing photos given to them and not retuned. Poor quality w/ markings on photos scanned and not on originals. 1 crumbled photo they tried to flatten out and return. Missing photos they never scanned and returned pile. $$$ poor service & quality.
