Keith at Firefly Design has been a joy to work with. I changed my mind during the website process to a more complicated design and he handled the change not only with grace but he made the whole design process enjoyable! The best things about working with Keith is his attention to detail and his responsiveness to emails and phone calls. This is the most important aspect when finding a web designer, is that they answer your phone calls and emails the same day and he often did that in the same hour! You could not find better, in my opinion, in regards to customer service! Our website is stunning and our business has increase 3 fold since its launch.
