Good place to work. Good benefits. Good hrs for they work with your schedule. I loved working with them as part time job. They have good clients as well. For these reasons they deserves 5 🌟

Horrible place to work, so unorganized! Managers and supervisors are dishonest. Discrepancies in pay all the time and false APS cases are filed without your knowledge and once that is done they suspend you with no notice the union is no help so dont allow them to sell you on that. TJ ignores clients and Care workers concerns. Plain and simple hes an entitled rich kid who's been handed things on a silver platter so don't expect for him to actually know what hes doing since he's been grandfathered in. Care givers are treated like peons, Your credentials and extra curricular trainings absolutely mean nothing here they will not give you a large pay differential from a care giver who's just starting out with 0 experience. Care givers are under appreciated, overworked and underpaid. They have thousands of clients but they pick and choose who they want to give the good longterm cases to, if you're being a "needy care giver" meaning if you are asking for anything outside of what they are basics they provide you as an employee then you are considered an op in their eyes, and they will make sure you know you are not favored. If you need or have disability accommodations, trust and believe they will not uphold it, if you have lifting restrictions or back issues they definitely don't care because they will still send you to clients that require full total care. If you refuse to take those cases then they just stop calling you and giving you cases they play favoritism here quite often. There are so many great agencies in Bellevue and in the state of Washington so please if you are looking for a position or looking for adequate care for your loved ones seek elsewhere.

Bad service. I would not recommend it for a worker looking for a permanent job. This only works best for part time caregivers. The shifts are like 2 hours if you get 6 hours its only 2 days in a week.

I grade my review on the supervisor I had to contact concerning my care giving needs.I am glad that I will no longer be working with this company.My caregiver was unable to complete her week with me; due to her medical issues.Her supervisor told me that I would not be getting a fill in caregiver. The reason is it would take to much time and effort to find a care giver on such short notice. I guess we have to plan for a fill in weeks in advance, even though we wouldn't know when it would be needed. I feel that since I am no longer going to employ this company as of Sept 1st, 2017; the supervisor did not feel obligated to fulfill my need.If you choose 1st Choice I hope you will get a different supervisor other than who I had. Unfortunately this supervisor represents the entire company; with the experiences I have had in my supervisor lying about an issue not only to me; also my state case manager I can hardly wait until September 1st.
