Randomly saw this shop reminds me I visit here years ago, but I still feel disgusting the service here. I was there to wrap a piece of interior trim for my BMW, a few days later the wrap start have some bubbles inside, and I went back to fix it, the owner provides a solution which is put another layer on top to cover the bubbles, after the job was done he is going to charge me instead of fixing for free. I am so surprised that he did a horrible job and I have to pay for it. So after the whole conversation, he was saying I do not want to see you again. That is the first time in my life I was been treated like this, so I decided to share my story. Of course, I am not going to visit again and I am not suggesting anyone visit and waste their money.

Consistency and quality work is how I want to express my experience at First Class Autosports. The first time I took my car to Hugo was 6 years ago and I was very happy with the precision of his work and the customer service. I just bought a new Range Rover and immediately sent it to him for a full front paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint. Not only did he delivered on time, but the quality is outstanding and the attention to details is like no other. I really appreciate the way they took care of my car by keeping it clean without any marks or dirty fingerprints. Thank you again and definitely the best place to customize your car in Miami.

The guys at First Class went above and beyond expectations and delivered to me my Audi S4 in pristine shape, looking like a brand new car, and in record time. Throughout the entire process, Alfonso and Hugo were extremely helpful and very accommodating with my needs. They even went as far as to add some finishing touches to the car that really make it stick out. They treat your car like their own, and for the price, it is hands down the best value in miami.I look forward to to bringing them more work in the near future.

We started with just doing the roof top of our car. Shortly after seeing the quality of work that Hugo, Alfonso, and Ralph were putting out....we decided to complete the balance of the upper portion of the car and put Ceramic Pro on the entire car since we bought instead of leasing. Highly recommend First Class and the entire team. TOP NOTCH. It's been raining, but as soon as we get a sunny day, I'll be sure to post this gleaming new CX-5. Thanks Guys!

First Class Autosports is an amazing wrap shop! Would highly recommend this shop! They take time on your projects and give you a fair price. I am impressed by the wrap they did on my new Tesla Model 3! The staff and owner are very friendly and take pride in their work! I am happy with the work this shop did on my car and will definitely bring them more of my cars to wrap!
