Rich was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond. As a tech virgin his guidance was the difference between me continuing with my idea and giving up. The process was complicated and I thank him for his patience and knowledge. I would highly recommend his services as he has a complete understanding of his industry and does not come with the superior attitude and the condescending remarks some IT 'stars' I encountered along the way had.Thanks again!
