zero stars if they could. Bill Winters, this loser guy, emails me every few months for leads. I have constantly asked to be removed from their spam, and they do not. I even replied back once with an "im interested" to see if they actually read the emails, and they do. (since he sent a reply right back asking "how many". IF the SEC or DNC actually did their jobs, garbage like this wouldn't happen.

Misleading and fraudulent. DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THESE LEADS!!! Gave them 1 star because giving them zero isn't an option. I bought leads from this company last August. They were sold to me as "people who have moved into the area within the last 7 years, but they haven't transferred their fee based accounts with XYZ broker." It goes on to say "They are feeling insecure enough with their long-distance relationship with their current advisor to consider a local advisor." I was a broker at this particular firm (XYZ) for 16 years and I know their fee-based platform quite well. With that in mind I bought the leads ($350) thinking I could make a soft intro via a letter that I mailed. Over 500 letters in all. Despite the First Source guarantee, I did not receive one phone call, one email, not even one indication of interest. In fact, a few of my friends were on the list and I know without a doubt they have never had an account with this brokerage firm, and have lived in the area their entire lives. When I called my contact at First Source, Bill Winters, he suggested that I send him the letter that I used and a copy of my credit card bill and he would start the process on returning my money. After months of no action, he stopped returning my calls and emails. I was then able to speak with a woman by the name of Kim and sent her the exact information that Bill requested. She also said that she would take the proper steps to get my money refunded. As of today, no refund.This company and these people are absolute jokes. Once they have your credit card the customer services goes away. I have sent them both over a dozen emails and left countless voice mails. Not one was returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THIS COMPANY. Their leads are garbage and worse than that, they made a bunch of promises that went unfulfilled. I'm not only out the $350 for the leads, but also the costs associated with doing a 500 piece mailer. Not to mention how big of a waste of time this was.

absolutely terrible, fake leads provided, not even within the realm of what advertised for. purchased 1900 and nearly 80 percent are bad information. stay away
