Have a family member who purchased a condo here. Shauty work by the contractors. Left space between the floor and foot boards, space between the wall and ceiling, there is a not level window, and much more. Appliances were dented and had to be sent back, oven warming button was broken and needed to be fixed. The fridge was scratched by the clean up crew that wiped dry wall dust off the counter, and then moved to the fridge. This caused scratches in the finish. When they took the fridge out to replace it, they dented the walls in three places and never fixed it. The third party working in the house had to fix it. The house looks nice now, but it took a lot to get there. This is located by a huge shopping center, with lots of traffic as well as a major car dealership. There are also homes for sale third party inside this complex. The complex itself has condos, patio homes, town houses, and full houses. The oldest being the houses, so there are more third party real-estate sellers in there.
