Everything is explained on your purchase in the store then your purchase is delivered ,installed and set up. They don't leave until you completely understand everything. Fisher Electronics was very professional and did an excellent job mounting our TV’s to the wall. They were very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about some of my other electronics. They are currently restoring an old Sony turntable that my parents had since the 70’s, can’t wait! Highly recommend
