Rude and Unprofessional.I went to this business recently to have a few legal documents notarized. I looked for a website to find their hours, but no site exists. Strike one. When I got there the door was locked. I noted a sign posted with their hours so I rang the bell and waited for an answer. A few moments later, an elderly gentlemen dressed in ratty sweats opened the door and without any greeting whatsoever, asked if I was there for a title transfer. Strike two. I greeted him and informed him of why I was there. He then told me that she (keep in mind, I've never been here before, I have no idea who "she" is, but I can only assume "she" is the only notary) was not home at the moment. She went to the post office and would be back soon. Fine, no biggie. I can wait. I then go to step inside their office, which I can see has a desk and chairs to sit and wait. The elderly man then starts shutting the door in my face and says "Oh no, you can wait out here," and directs me to a bench outside and locks the door. Please note, on this particular day, it was about 30 degrees and snowing. STRIKE THREE. I left immediately. I am a customer. I'm here to give you money in exchange for your services. I understand this business is in your home, but that is no excuse for making me wait outside like some kind of criminal. I like to support local businesses but I will never be coming here again. Don't bother wasting your time here. Take your money elsewhere.
