The thought of ha I got to take your computer somewhere to get fixed is scary and inconvenient to me. However, the experience with Five Star took care of that for me! I had my computer back up and running in only a few days at home after one of my drives had crashed. It was repaired and all of my documents and photos were backed up on a cd. I will be recommending them to others and use them in the future.
