For over 10 years Fivenines have handled all the IT requirements at Marsley Forwarding Ltd in a professional, timely and friendly manner. For a small business without a specialised IT department their service and support is invaluable.

Fivenines have provided Alevere UK Ltd. with IT support for the last 8 years. They have always given us excellent and prompt support. Every member of their team are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We have used Fivenines for many years - they initially came in and sorted out a secure VPN connection and Wireless connectivity for our team and for our customers that actually worked. Its really great to work for IT people that can understand the needs of small businesses. There are many that exist to serve only themselves. I am pleased to say that Fivenines are not one of these.

From our first hosting account 10 years ago through to our latest E-Commerce store with over 6,500 products – Fivenines have been with us every step of the way. We work closely each week and feel they have integrated with our company and become part of our team.Either with advice or adapting our solutions to meet new demands, we have found their service to be exemplary.

Since 2011, with 14 staff, we have developed an engineering training centre with first class IT recourses. Four years later we now employ 30 staff with 100 terminals for students to access over cloud based technology, segregated servers for staff and learners and all backed up remotely and supported by Fivenines. As an apprenticeship provider we must also comply with the Governments Prevent strategy of safeguarding learners from accessing inappropriate information online. Again, Fivenines were able to implement a content filtering system that met Ofsted’s requirements of safeguarding learners.
