They always take good care of me. I'd been to a different repair place before and the treatment I got was so much better here at fixstop. When my laptop was broken, not only did they do a free diagnosis, but when the first attempt at solving the problem failed, they didn't even charge me for the part that was replaced. I will absolutely always take my phone or laptop here over any other repair shop when they have any issues.

The staff at the alafaya location were very accommodating to my situation with a previous location about a warranty. They were extremely friendly and even upgraded my LCD because of my troubles. They even cleaned my phone at no extra charge and were powering my phone on the charger when I came in to pick it up. Very good customer service with and they are willing to work with you.

This place is good. The tech was able to repair everything the same day the correct parts came. even though he had a lot of tasks to do... And they order the parts from lower end companies so everything is reasonably cheaper. my surface pro6 screen looks better then new! so worth it.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone so I made an appointment online. I received a call that they didn’t have the battery in stock but would order one for me ASAP. It took a few days for the battery to arrive. They got some off brand battery and it was giving me problems, then they ordered another battery and it wouldn’t charge. I told them to put my old battery in and refund me.

Have lived in the area since 2011 and used them since they were at their original location in the Winn Dixie plaza. Great service and prices. Miss having a convenient spot like this around..
