Feedback:

Fizber DID actually have a super great deal for getting our FSBO house onto the MLS. I paid the $250, and promptly got an email with a link to an agent (because you must have someone licensed list on MLS), and all the info clearly outlined. Be sure you know what you are doing with your paperwork, but if it is confusing, your agent should be able to assist you. They are merely there as a technicality, and you still get to sell by owner, no commission except to your buyer's agent. We actually got all ready to list on MLS, and then got an offer right before doing so! Fizber was prompt about refunding my $250 (which they said they'd do within 30 days as long as MLS listing had not gone live). It took me only one phone call to great the refund. I was sceptical at first because I got a phone call from a woman who said she'd like to list my house on Fizber's website, I said yes, did my research, etc. I really had no trouble. It does seem that the website is geared towards selling you many things. That can get overwhelming, but overall, you really can't beat the flat fee MLS thing! You'll be fine as long as you read everything and take your time with it all. They're legitimate.

Feedback:

I signed up with Fizber to sell my house with a recommendation from someone who had used them. My experience with Fizber was they took my money, referred me to a local broker who then posted my listing on the wrong MLS, took 6 days to post my listing even though the paperwork was returned within the same day and the contract stated it would be on the MLS the same day, sent me numerous emails trying to bully me into raising my buyer commission, they edited the verbiage in my listing without my authorization and when I asked them about why they did that, they refused to acknowledge that they did, even when I had screen shots showing what they had done. The broker also posted my listing incorrectly stating that I was an alien resident and the buyer would need to pay any and all taxes, when I addressed this with Savvy Lane (whom Fizber referred me to) they once more refused to acknowledge the issue. I called and spoke with a Fizber rep 3 times, with no resolution to my issues. I got a call from the Sales Manager with Fizber yesterday asking how everything was going, I explained to him the issues I've had and even offered to forward him the 46 page report with exhibits I sent Capital One when I disputed my Fizber charge, and he claimed what I told him was not on deaf ears, but then wouldn't give me his email address. - Bottom line - BUYER BEWARE AND DOCUMENT EVVVVVERYTHING.

Feedback:

I searched for the best for sale by owner websites and thought I would give Fizber a try. I listed on Fizber and they posted my property on several real estate websites. It was super simple and Fizber customer service was easy to work with. Within a couple weeks we spoke with several interested buyers and received a fantastic offer. We are both (buyer and seller) going to save a bunch of money! I tell everyone I know that is trying to sell their home to check out Fizber. Great site for fsbos!
