I contacted this business when we first arrived in Flat Rock. I spoke to Beth about having a 3 x 14 inch graphic taken off the 24 ft Leisure Travel Van that we travel in and having a new graphic put back on. Beth gave me a price for the lettering and the installation and said that her husband would be out that afternoon or the next day. Beth called that afternoon and said that it would be tomorrow before he could get out to install the decal. Several days passed and I called and left a message asking if they were still able to come out. After a couple days I received a message back from a man saying they were busy and would contact me when they were caught up. We were in Flat Rock for 5 weeks. I called the last week hoping to have the decal installed since we had gone over the typestyle, size, price, and everything was all set except the installation. I left a message explaining that the typestyle and size was chosen and asked if they could come out to install it before we left. We were less than 2 miles away hooked up at a campground in the area. I did not receive a return phone call or email. My friends in the area referred me to many businesses during our 5 week stay and all of them except Flat Rock Signs & Graphics were wonderful to do business with.
