Edited 8 March’16: I posted my negative experience here – the first person to post any feedback, and then all of a sudden, in just a few days, a few advocates step up to speak glowingly of their experience with fleetCreature. The company is blessed to have customers who react so quickly. Perhaps my experience was anomalous? Cleaning up my review to make it more factual, less emotional as per below. Here is why we worked with them in the first place: We had seen some portfolios of their work, and liked how the interface was nice and interactive, and mobile friendly. Unfortunately, what we received was our desktop site shrunken to fit a mobile screen nicely, with the words all but unintelligible. It was also difficult to tap. We had no choice but to accept because we had no better suggestion. BUT we had contracted with an agency precisely because we had no idea how to make our website mobile responsive. We definitely expected more than a “Honey I Shrunk the Kids” experience.But maybe fleetCreature is exactly what you need. I hope this helps potential customers:1. We contracted with them to get a design going, but their contract had caveats including: only allowing 1 round of iterations. Once your round of changes is over, it’s over. Any errors discovered may not be rectified by them. Even if it was their error in the first place. This places unnecessary stress over the whole process, especially because they don’t check their work in full. Either that, or their English is subpar (unfortunately, it was).2. I have worked with brandname agencies including Publicis and Tribal before, and we have only ever paid after everything is done and dusted. Because we recognize the potential cashflow problems that small companies may face, and we wanted to try an indie company, we agreed to their payment terms of paying in full before everything is delivered. This was naïve on our part, we probably will not do it again with any agency, because the moment the amount was wired over, support deteriorated to a point where they blamed everything on our systems, even though all we had done was to unzip the files, and hence no systems were concerned in the buggy display (for example, images not aligning nicely).If you choose to work with them, I recommend you negotiate better terms in your contract. The quality was not bad to the point of being unusable, but I did not feel the quality was so good that it warranted early payment and living with 1 round of iterations.Or perhaps they fleeced us, and just us. My opinion is out here for potential users to consider, and not for fleetCreature. My experience with them is closed off, as far as I’m concerned, and I want nothing more to do with them. Heading back to work with larger agencies. You pay more for reliability.

FleetCreature does great work. Period. Very professional and detail oriented but also willing to engage in lateral thinking when appropriate. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a well-crafted digital experience.
