Currently I am working in Flexiware solutions from last 6 months. I am very satisfied with the working environment and company's policy. The staff is very friendly.

I am a Victim (Full time previous employee) of Flexiware Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Beware of join such fraud company ever been seen…No words for Pros of such bed Organization (Deserve negative rating) Cons:1) Much false commitment given about promotions, salary while engagement with the company.2) Hiring innocent candidates from the campus with huge amount of contract from the candidate and then employee stuck their career at the end with the company.3) No trust on employee ever. (High attrition ratio observed during the engagement)4) Pathetic work Environment.5) Everything have outsource to stupid consultant even salary and PF and ESIC. (Even don’t have Admin and Hr manager in house. No senior management there, only directors, employees and peon... Such a worst company) 6) They cannot keep good people for a long duration of time because of the negative culture in place. 7) All family members running the same organization whether having suitable skills or not.8) Old technology using and selfish business strategies applying.9) Having rental office which is going to change frequently by time.10) They dont respect their business partners. NO MANAGEMENT and Very bad company to work with. I had very bad experience with the company & would not suggest anyone to join this company. Advice to Management:Employees are not fool… They have the guts to expose you!

Working at Flexiware Solutions has been a very satisfying experience. The bosses are very dynamic and although they demand performance, as any boss should, they are considerate enough to understand the difficulties encountered and ensure that timely assistance is forthcoming. A culture of constant learning and upgradation is fostered and as a result exposure to new technologies and ideas is engendered. An atmosphere of helpfulness prevails and, owing to the work ethos emanating from the bosses, an ethic of team work is sustained and a cohesive response to any issue or problem is delivered.
