Overall Feedback:

They are pretty disorganized. When I dropped the tape off, he stated that it would be ready in 4 days. Then, he misplaced my tape before I even finished paying. I called back to check on the status of my order 7 days later and he couldn't find my tape again. After looking around for a while on the phone he stated that the tape was blank. I really don't know if anything was on my tape (taken from great grandparents stash); however the disorganization of the place does leave me wondering if he actually lost the tape and recovered by telling me the tape was blank (note: he didn't offer to ship the tape back or for me to it pick up... I didn't ask because why would I want a 70 year old blank tape?). Additionally, I don't know if he would have ever called me back to let me know.
