I am extremely unhappy with the product I received. I called ahead of time and was quoted one price, took in my old videos and was quoted another price. When I went to pick up the DVDs the cost was $100+ over estimate (If I would have known the actual pricing, I would not have taken in my videos). The DVDs did not come in DVD cases, they are just in paper sleeves. I feel like the bare minimum of effort was put into my DVDs. I could have purchased 5 machines with the money I paid Flickos to make my DVDs. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I had eight DVD copies made of some good quality VHS tapes. The DVD copies were really bad even for amateur work. Unwatchable. I have never seen such poor quality work. These included some historical footage from the 1920's as well as from recent years. The tapes themselves varied in quality but all the DVD's were uniformly really bad.
