Floodhammer charged my credit card for $88.24. Since I never heard of them, I dissputed the charge. When I finally got an answer at the phone number on their website, a woman told me the charge was a mistake and to disregard. I thought the matter was closed until I heard from my credit card company. They have not been able to recover the funds from Floodhammer. I now have to provide a written statement that I did not make this charge or benefit from it. Pain in the neck. I had to mark at least one star to get this review to post.
