I had been referred to this agency by my realtor for home insurances, and this year will be almost my third year. The original agent was great - signed up with 2 homes and my umbrella policy. However the service stops once you are sold. All of my policies went up the following year, and the worse is there is no one who you can talk to when you follow up. Even the agent that sold me was always gone and hard to reach, I had to leave messages. AND I even complained to the manager last year about lack of responsiveness. I found out this month after calling about another policy increase that my original agent has not been with the company since last year. Spoke with another agent, liked her upfront dealings and saw the value of dealing with just the same agent, so I did. Well today another policy went up and had to call, went straight to the agent that convinced me to stick with one. Left a message this morning. Waited the whole day for a return call, NONE. So I called back before the end of the day and dialed the main receptionist, and talked to another agent. Basically telling me there is nothing they can do because all are increasing. And I can hear the Agent I was waiting for a return call talking in the background. Why couldn't she just return a phone call? I do not see the great customer service that is raved about on these reviews. Must be NORMAL business in the office.

I am so grateful for the dedication Susan Izquierdo had in taking care of our needs with our home owners insurance. She was so efficient in getting our quote, answering questions, and extremely timely in every effort to get everything in place allowing us to make a decision. She truly cares about making the process as smooth as possible and really kept it simple. It can be stressful looking for home owners insurance, and of course understanding everything- yet Susan made it easy. I can't thank her enough for the time and effort she gave to us, and I recommend highly to anyone looking- give Susan a call!
