I took my MacBook pro for a second opinion on a hardware issue. They were able to open and diagnose the issue quickly and emailed me with repair options. The person at the desk were professional and friendly. The diagnosis price was well worth it. Highly recommended.

Quick fast professional service. Not only are the superb Apple technicians. This time I needed help with my Windows10 PC. They quickly checked in my PC and quickly determined it was a BIOS issue corrected the issue, called and told me everything was completed and up and working. When I went to pick up my PC I was surprised to discover that there was no additional cost above the Diagnostic fee, which was very reasonable. They could have tacked on additional service fees but didn't great bunch of people. I would NOT hesitate in taking my Apple product or Windows PC there for them to work their MAGIC on! All at a VERY REASONABLE price.

unfortunately florida pro did not fix my device, but gave recommendations that lead to a solution for my device to be replaced under my at&t insurance thanks dawson:)

I shipped a Mac computer to Florida Pro because it was rebooting constantly but it passed all the test that I ran on it. Turns out it had a bad network card. The entire staff kept me informed when they revived the computer and when they shipped it back to me after the repair. Everyone I spoke with was great..... Excellent experience with Florida Pro!!
