(Did I mention they did this for a group of lawyers?) it is hard to say too much in praise of the team. I met Flyte New Media’s Rich Brooks about 8 years ago at a business event. We all attend these events, meet people and then never see them again. I am very glad that was not the case with Rich. Flyte New Media rebuilt the Volk Packaging website and has since become an unofficial member of the Volk team. We count on Rich and his amazing team for all our website needs and social media advice. They gave us the professional look we need on-line. Even today they are always looking for ways to help us be competitive in the world of on-line marketing. In fact, last month while in a meeting with one of my sales reps, we thought of an idea that would upgrade our website. I used Flyte New Media to design a website for my new business. I am not very tech savvy and they were very good about explaining things until I understood. I was working with one direct contact person, who was always very responsive to my questions and moments of panic. I told them exactly what I was looking for in terms of the look and ease of my website and they created a beautiful site. Not all digital marketing companies are created equal! What I have found is what you are really getting when working with a digital company is not only the experience of the principals of the firm...but even more important it's the people doing the work on a daily basis. I have been thoroughly impressed with Flyte New Media. They have not only very successfully implemented some ideas I had (but did not have the expertise to do myself) - but they have brought me practical ideas which have not only increased our site traffic - but more importantly have increased our conversions (obviously conversions are where the "rubber meets the road."
