Client Review on Forbes Printing

* UPDATE * I have downgraded this business from five stars to one star but even that is generous due to the owner being verbally abusive.A few weeks ago, I used the online form about a rush job for my company. I made a follow-up call to the owner a short while later and got lambasted about why I hadn't used them for three years and how I dare I now expect them to drop jobs for their loyal customers to rush my job, since they had not heard from me for so long. I explained it was a combination of simply not having many print jobs anymore and no longer having that responsibility for my company. He refused to print my job and subsequently told me he no longer needed my business.I have NEVER been treated so rudely by any company, much less by the owner of a business. He was just so nasty and condescending. I should have hung up on him but I have more decorum.I do freelance work and would never speak to anyone in this manner. In fact, I have had clients reach out to me after not hearing from them for years and I am happy to work with them again. If this owner had wondered why we hadn't given him work, why did he not pick up the phone in those three years and reintroduce himself.The 180-degree difference from when I last worked with Forbes to my most recent phone call is astounding. I have no explanation nor do I care to have one. Instead, I will never contact them again.* ORIGINAL REVIEW * I first discovered Forbes Printing 12 years ago and they have been truly wonderful for every print job since. Tom and Beth provide outstanding customer service and always exceed my expectations, frequently delivering ahead of schedule with fantastic quality and value.
