Client Review on Forge and Smith

Feedback:

Due to some obvious growing pains, my recent experience with Forge and Smith was disappointing. We have been customers for a couple of years and while we have received great service in the past, this time around was very different. What should have taken a few hours ended up taking months, communication was limited, deadlines were not met, and the execution was poor. Due to this experience, we have decided to go with a different company. I truly hope they can straighten out their operations and go back to providing excellent service.
