The maintenance department is wonderful! They answered the phone immediately, came to the house first thing in the morning, and fixed the problem within an hour! Very responsive! Had a tech named Clifton, did a wonderful job! Definitely recommend. It's been no hassle at all.

I moved onto this open base last year during the summer. Nykkii Ryan consistently provides me with exceptional service each and every single time I come into the leasing office. Nykkii always greets me by name and knows my routine. Nykkii has exceptional multi-tasking skills that allows me to get in and out of the office with exactly what I need and accurate information. I enjoy all the staff within Comanche III leasing office but most of my experiences have been directly with Nykkii Ryan. Thank you all for how you support our community.

If i could rate no stars i would thats how bad their service is. 3 weeks with no AC and roaches in the house. They expect my wife and I to bring our unborn daughter into this house?

I have been here almost 5 years and hopefully this will be our last . For what we pay these houses arnt worth it . Not only are they outdated , have no installation we have to keep our AC at 68 just to have the house at 73 inside if we’re lucky and ends up costing us . From the floors with years of wax build up making them yellow to the cabinets , lighting and windows all need to be replaced . The cheap screens that apparently they will only replace twice a year keep breaking . Also half the time the amenities we pay for arnt available . The pool that should have opened last month still isn’t open on the day they were saying it was going to open and if it wasn’t for other pissed off parents we wouldn’t have known and would have gone up there just to have disappointed kids .. The grass around the community is always high . The sidewalks are falling apart The playgrounds are torn up and dirty and not well kept but even if it was none of them have covers so they are useless in the middle of day . But heaven forbid you leave your trash can out the next morning or a hose out and expect a citation .

They were very fast, went in and got a house in two hours at most. Danielle Carr, she handled my lease, so nice and professional. She deserves a raise.

I don't live on post, but I can't live in a house that looks like it's going to fall over the next day and lose my BAH for it too... It's not worth it at all. All I ever hear are horror stories. You're better giving your money to anyone else. These houses look so old that they've been repaid for the money they spent to make them for like 10 years now... And they don't upgrade anything...

I have to say my experience dealing with the housing people at fort hood family housing has been my best experience trying to get moved into house. I spoke and dealt with Ms. Danielle Carr throughout the entire process, which only lasted two days. I filled the application out online, went into the office and discussed my needs, she found a house, we went and looked at it and the next day I signed my lease and had keys in hand. Overall, best experience I’ve had and couldn’t make it better. I’d give more stars if I could

I've tried to like this place but I just can't. The floors are nasty, there's always something that needs fixing, and the pest problem. Its hard having small kids and living in these houses because you're afraid that a roach will crawl on them or that they'll fall on these hard, uneven, sealed in dirt floors. We asked for pictures beforehand couldn't get them. Got here and had no choice but to pick a house because our things were being shipped in the next morning. Couldn't come earlier because my husband had training. I'm counting down the days until we pcs again. Only plus side is the maintenance guys. I'd suggest finding somewhere else because all you'll get is excuses.
