NEVER AGAIN! Our first auction initially went pretty well but they left some of their things and refused to pick them. I had to return those things myself. Since then I have emailed, called and left voice mails on their cell phones all of which went un answered. My frustration level with them is over the top! We still have a full house of items that we will have auctioned off but it will be a cold day before I use Ft. Myers Auction again! Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Dont buy unless you go inspect. They sell shoddy merchandise and are not customer service at all. Payed a lot of money for something they said powered on but in truth it was nonfunctional.

Alot of cool items that can be won at great prices, that are located locally and primarily bid on locally...plus associated with a national auction house for more specialized categories, big ticket items, collections and large lots.

I have tried to sell items on my own, without getting any decent offers. I used Fort Myers Auction for the same items and they sold for more than I was getting offers and the check was in my hand all within a weeks time. Dealing with Fort Myers Auction Company has always been a Pleasant and worry free experience. I highly recommend them for the sale of items and purchase as you can really get some great deals. I have always found the customer service excellent and there process professional and timely.

Purchased an item advertised as in working order. When we tried to use it it was not.We When I made them aware of the issue they initially agreed to remedy the situation then I never heard back from them. When I contacted them again they acted as if we had never discussed it. Their response was that I should have inspected it. Seems to be a great place to "dump" junk you want To get rid of for sellers.
