(Translated by Google) Fortesweb service was contracted to do the Back end development of my ecommerce, a deadline of 45 days was estimated for completion, project started 7/23/2018, a year has passed and the project has not yet been delivered. 60% of the payments were made and we had extra layoffs (5000.00) with magento servers and signatures, we recently canceled the service because the service had not yet been delivered and my subscription expenses were only increasing, the sensation and experience we had was that we were not a priority for the company!(Original)Foi contratado o serviço da Fortesweb para fazer o desenvolvimento de Back end do meu ecommerce, foi estimado um prazo de 45 dias para a conclusão, projeto iniciado 23/07/2018, passou-se 1 ano e ainda não foi entregue o projeto e o valor não foi ressarcido, foi realizado 60% do pagamentos e tivemos dispensas extras(5000,00) com servidores e assinaturas do magento, recentemente cancelamos o serviço pois o mesmo ainda não havia sido entregue e minhas despesas com assinatura só vinham aumentando, a sensação e experiência que tivemos foi que não fomos prioridade para a empresa!
