Same company as UK hosting that folded in, forth hosting are now locking people out of their accounts and suspending domains. Soon they will shut shop and go over to forthhosting.uk biggest crooks going. Reseller using heart internet then wait till they get money and then stop paying the reseller and go broke but walk away with your money.

Used this web host (relatively local to me) for a number of years .. generally very reliable ... until last weekend when I suddenly discovered I had no email and websites were showing an advert for Forthhosting. He had deleted (without ANY WARNING whatsoever) 5 of my domains. It transpires that this was due to me routing via Cloudflare. His attitude was that I appeared not to be using his servers... therefore he just deleted the domains. To have done this without any warning is unforgivable. He then basically accused me of using him as a file storage facility. I lost nearly 18 months worth of business emails ... ok I should have backed them up but his hosting had been reliable and I thought it unnecessary. He eventually offered to reinstate the hosting but by that time I was so angry I had signed up with another host. I then had to wait nearly 48hrs for everything to propagate and during this time I had little or no access to email. Until last weekend I would not have hesitated in recommending Forthhosting ... I now wish I had never heard of them. Shockingly bad service.

Customer service is a real issue with forth hosting, You can email there support email no response, you can ring the support number no answer.They advised of hosting migration and all would be covered, my website has now been down for a number of weeks and i'm now forced to move host. Please advise you will not get a good service. Sorry Forth Hosting you can do better.

I loved their service then without and warning they upgraded servers and gave me two hours notice to unlockMy ftp and backup my website otherwise they claimed that files may get lost, I was on holiday without a laptop. Worst of all they now ignore support emails or SMS and when they do reply they don't answer your questions about your website.Never again, I will cut out the middle man and use heart internet which is the host they use. They just resell
