Probably one of the best quaint bars in Apollo Beach/Ruskin. Awesome drinks, beer selection is mostly their own, and wonderful. My only gripe is the hours, I like bars open late, but I totally understand all stores/bars in the area shut down around 10-midnight each day.*Edit (5th star)Any owner who replies to reviews by patrons goes to show the quality of service and product available 👍

My boyfriend and I went on a date here and had such a great time. The music playlist is so good and the beer and snacks were also amazing. I definitely will be back great staff, great beer and great times.

Apollo Beach is a food and drink desert. Fours Stacks is a little oasis that gives great pleasure to every thirsty patron who steps through the door. There's parking right outside. It's nothing to look at, but the interior is modern brew pub and family friendly. I see a lot of birthdays and celebrations taking place here. The beers are fantastic. Good range, fair prices and a sense that they really strive to deliver a quality product. Food is a bit of a problem/opportunity. There's a variety of food trucks that rotate out side. You go out to order and often they will deliver to your seat. The problem is on occasion its not that good, but sometimes (like today) it rocks. Fantastic thin crust pizza. If you like the beer you can take some home.

Drinks were unremarkable (we love source, stouts and porters), food truck was hot garbage, vine was unremarkable and their no vaping rule makes me feel like I’m back in the Douche-Bag-Republic of California.

Been to over 300 craft breweries in our travels and this place has huge promise. Fantastic atmosphere, welcoming, warm and inviting. The ambiance is pure chill, a place you can easily call home. The staff here is incredibly cool and great conversation! And the beers, excellent from top to bottom. I especially liked the "Siege on Castle Black" a smoked Porter with a nice amount of heat to it, pure yum. Their Imperial Brown was delicious! A shame that it's only for members but beg them to try it, it's fantastic. Wish this place was in Tampa, it would be my main stop!
