I was having a dispute with ex-husband because he decided to quit alimony almost 2 years before our divorce contract required him to pay. My ex had a friend who was a lawyer that spoke to Mr. Foyers privately and also off the record from his partner’s legal firm. Mr. Foyer just bent over and believed the lies my ex had apparently told him. It also seemed to a be a conflict of interest because my ex-husband and I were both very good friends with the current wife of my exhusband’s lawyer.
