I am very happy with the communication with this firm and my tax preparer and response time. The service is above and beyond with the tax organizer and the tax packet you receive. All the instructions are easy to understand,and any questions about your return are throughly answered by the preparer .They are always pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Franty & Company.
