Stay far away from this company and Keith Christopher Entertainment. Still waiting for wedding video. Wedding was over a year ago. Keith does not answer the phone in Schaumburg or Orland Park.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but google forces you to do so. It’s been the worst experience working with this company, everything other reviews have stated is true. They don’t respond, all they do is lie about when they will be getting your photos or videos to you. I’ve been reaching out since February and we were married in December. I don’t even think I will have my wedding video to watch on our one year anniversary at this rate. I don’t know how they can even stay in business the way they treat their clients. I couldn’t be more disappointed....don’t make the same mistake we did!!!

I would highly recommend Fred Fox studios for Weddings and other memorable functions. Their staff was more than helpful and the day of the wedding they showed up early and were very attentive to our needs. They spent extra time making sure they took all the pictures we requested and were very professional towards our friends and family. Their turnaround time for the proofs and delivery of the photos was very fast. We were more than satisfied with the job that was done! My cousin who got engaged a week before our wedding was so happy with the way she was treated that she is going to use them for her wedding next year.
