Mr. Wagner was nothing short of amazing during this whole process. To start, the fact that he actually was on time and present for the time that we set to meet up is hard to come by these days . I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail he exhibited during the whole process. My cards and brochures were not your average run of the mill so they required a bit more attention to detail. He was able to not only hit the mark with creativity but was able to keep it with in the budget we set! When Mr. Wagner received the final product he reviewed everything and found that a portion of the cards were damaged (none of which was his fault) . He went above and beyond to have them reprinted and sent out next day with no burden on me. The entire experience was phenomenal and really allowed me to focus on my business with reassurance that everything would be taken care of. Mr. Wagner thank you for your service to this country as a Marine and thank you for your service as a business professional. Looking forward to working with you again in the future.
