Dude was not very helpful and responded as though my questions were bothering him. We were the only cpl in the building. Didn't really seem to know info/answers about store products. He pointed out the clearance items were 50% off. Then explaned the reason for the sale was because "they aren't that good" but wouldn't (or couldn't ??) give further details as to why.

I needed to transition from smoking and juul products, so I stopped in not having a clue what I needed since this type of vape was new to me. I thought I would feel stupid with my questions, but Rex was excellent! He answered all my questions honestly and fully and explained what my best options were. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service and patience I was given! Thank you Freedom Vapes and Rex! His direction hooked me up with exactly what I needed and I’m very happy I chose to stop by.
