Have used Freeparking for years without any issues.and recently added a 3rd web hosting account. I signed up for 5 years as my web design company said the site was ready, turns out the site was not ready even though it was a year overdue. The web design company now tell me I need a VPS so I asked freeparking if I could get a refund on the Hosting and that I wanted a VPS with 4GB ram which they don't have a plan for so said it would cost $10 per GB per month. Rebecca said no refund due to being outside the 30 days since I paid up. Not the way I do biz but each to there own and TBF thats the terms and conditions. They have since come back and said they can give me a credit for the hosting but not the 5 email part which i've never used. Disappointing experiance but I've now starting looking around and see freeparking are one of the most expensive NZ hosting plans.

I contact the support today and say our website has been really slow! and the support from freeparking told us will definitely help us to solve it today but when I call them again and the other guy comes up and say their IT people is off so no one can help!!! really bad expensive! The server is super slow! I spend over $200-$300 a year and the server is not stable.

I have purchased several new Domains from Freeparking. They have responded quickly each time to my queries including in the weekend. Going to the extra effort to check I have changed my DNS correctly then emailing me to put my mind at rest.

I recently registered a domain name with Free Parking, decided to go with one of their web hosting plans, service so far has been faultless, no down time, really easy to use console and their customer support department are prompt and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
