It took over 7 weeks to get my embroidery order completed only to pick it up and find the wrong thread color was used.

I gave my shirt to get embroidered and still waiting for it for 4 months now! They did a beautiful job on getting my design digitalized. The gentleman told me it will be done by the end September. I didn't recive a call about colors I called and got and email back that say they tried to reach me but i received no call. I came in the day after the email picked my colors. I also added one more thing to it and again he told me it will be done by the end of the week. I have called the shop 6 times now since then. I got told that I changed the colors around the holidays and I did all the colors way back in October! Still waiting to here if it's done for pick up. I have several more shirts to be embroidered, but Freestyle Graphics is not going to get my business or anyone else who I am going to be working with in the future!

i have used Freestyle for 15 years and their service is great. I love being able to talk to a human about my order. After 10 years of using them in my volunteer work I transitioned into the professional sector as a graphic designer. I enjoy using them for my storefront / auto vinyl designs.
