I engaged the company on an app development project. The CEO Tim requested payment prior to a formal meeting to discuss the project. This seemed very irregular. I declined. And indeed I was correct. The next email I got was a “good luck” from Tim. I thought this was very unprofessional. I would not use or recommend this company. Their website and blogs are impressive but professionalism is lacking. Good luck to FreshinUp!Follow up: Tim sent several texts after I submitted this review on Thumbtack. See photo for details. I only submit reviews to praise great service or inform consumers of my experience with a service provider. There is nothing self-serving or malicious about my reviews. Thank you!
