Overall Feedback:

Before placing an order I ask for the time frame , as I need the stuff in short term... the guy from desk assure they will be done on time ,so I place the order being sure will be done on time .Today I ring them to ask about the order a lady pick up the phone , took the order details and said will phone me back in 10 min to confirm never got that call. So I've phone them up again surprise .... isn't done ... So I need to wait other few days. Just disgusting!!!! I can't call that a company!
