After interviewing a dozen companies, I felt most comfortable with Freshworks. Amazing customer service throughout. Even if you are not coming from a tech background (like myself), they will explain every part of the process in terms that you will understand, and you can be sure that they are using the best technology available for your project. If you have questions, they will go above and beyond to answer them. I honestly can't say a single negative thing about my experience with them.

Highly recommended. Freshworks developed our first native iOS and Android app. They are very professional, took full ownership of entire life-cycle of the product development and made sure that product was bug free and performing to spec (even after hand-off). Will go back to them for more projects.
