Got interviewed by the team very warm and nice but a bit too informal to my taste ( almost like friends hanging out- no proper meeting room for the interview). did not provide a position description but sent me a job offer by email. Then I asked for a written job description and all I got a 3 lines of copy pasted job description in the email as a reply. I Didn’t take the offer any further as the hiring process seem a bit all over the place and the pay was not worth the risk. Otherwise It seems like a friendly Enviroment, not many Bahrainis in higher roles though...
