Client Review on Front Range Sign Company

Paid $11,404 for an exterior signage to my business. Owner Robert came out, appeared very professional and timely. Gave image samples of what the sign would look like lit up. His wife Amy pretty much handled everything from here which was a little annoying as she clearly wasn't an expert in this field or in answering questions. After the job was done, sign looks great during day but illuminates very, very poorly. I emailed and called, always speaking to Amy. They came out again to look at the bulbs and claimed to replace them but absolutely no difference. The sign to this day still looks horrible at night. I emailed again expressing my disappointment and Amy told me she would talk to Robert. Never got back to me. I emailed suggested maybe some exterior lights shining on the sign would work. Amy stated it probably would and could recommend an electrician for me to pay at my expense. I then called, spoke to her and told her this wasn't acceptable after paying them $11,404 and being promised the sign would look illuminated and not getting what I paid for, she said she'd talk to Robert and I never heard back. Again, I phoned, left a message and never heard back. Obviously they don't care about their customer rating or feedback. Stay away. Much better sign companies to work with. This isn't one of them and don't let them fool you like they did to me.
