After many years of frustration dealing with a giant legal-website dinosaur with their declining results, poor responsiveness and lack of concern for what the customer's needs are for the business, one day Brad of Fuel Web Marketing happened to call me up to discuss if I was happy where I was. Good for me that I was not... and ripe and ready for a change. Brad, Lisa and their team at Fuel have made the change-over from long, unfavorable contracts to a fluid, easy to modify and scalable (BOTH up and down) system a breeze! I don't feel that I've ever had access to this much information about my website's performance, and better yet, actual ongoing analysis and interpretation of that data to help my marketing budget actually perform profitably. The content writing is great, technically accurate, and tuned appropriately to my focused practice. The design elements were well thought out, and tuned into the overall plan for the website's performance, with an orchestrated social media presence which drives interested, warm visitors into the website. Fuel has consistently grown my website and social presence, bettering it in a consistent, ongoing basis. They have a real interest in my success, to the tune of making it a point to stop by and visit for a good two hours so as to brainstorm new angles and ideas to look at, and new directions to take the online markinting presence. There are a lot of people who "say" they know what they are doing... Brad, Lisa and the guys and gals at Fuel actually do.

I really could not say enough great things about this company. Their product is great, their staff is amazing, educated and really committed to improving your business, and as a plus they are easy to communicate with. They keep you in the loop and have no problem explaining things in simple terms for those of us who don't quite understand all the technology lingo. We previously used a popular company among law firms and were severely disappointed and discouraged, but Fuel Web has far exceeded our fears and met our expectations in EVERY way.
